The newly renovated Community Center is a perfect location for meetings, banquets, showers, birthday parties, memorial services and more. With a large 30-foot by 80-foot room that seats 120 and a kitchen that boasts a refrigerator, freezer, convection oven, warming oven, two large roasters, 50-cup coffee pot and microwave, and a stove will soon be installed so the possibilities are endless! A newly created serving area offers easy buffet style serving with ample electrical outlets.

Seventeen 8-foot long tables, ten 60-inch round tables, and chairs are included in all rentals. Guests are permitted to bring their own food into the Center; use of contracted caterers is not required. A projector, movie screen, and an in-house audio-visual system including wireless microphones are available for use at no additional charge. A wide variety of beautiful glass vases for use as centerpieces, which will really add class and distinction to any event, are also available at a nominal fee of $20.

An additional parking lot has been added behind the Community Center to accommodate parking for larger groups, along with a handicapped access ramp to allow guests to enter with ease.

Security Deposit
$200

$75 is a cleaning deposit and $125 is a damage deposit. Damages incurred in excess of the security deposit will be billed to renter. Security deposits can be paid by cash or check only. Security deposits are due within 3 business days of the date the reservation is made or your reservation will be cancelled.

Those interested in more information about the Community Center, and for reservations and payment, can visit CommunityPass. Photos, pricing and floor plans of the Center are available. The Municipal Receptionist can also assist with questions and reservations and can be reached at 724-327-2100, extension 104. Alcohol permits for beer and wine consumption at the Center are also available but applications must be completed in person at the Municipal Building. Proof of homeowner’s insurance and a $200 security deposit are required.The Community Center is open Monday thru Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Call 724-327-2100 to schedule a visit!
