Separate and sealed proposals will be accepted by the Borough of Export, by mail at 5944 Johnson Avenue, Export Borough PA 15632 or can be delivered to Borough Council Chambers at 5889 Washington Avenue, Export PA 15632 between the hours of 6:30p.m. and 7:00p.m., prevailing time, on NOVEMBER 6, 2018, for the following project:
FURNISHING EQUIPMENT & OPERATOR CONTRACT
Proposals will be opened and publicly read, at the office of Export Borough Council at 5889
Washington Avenue, Export PA 15632 at 7:00p.m., prevailing time, on NOVEMBER 6, 2018.
For furnishing equipment, laborers, and an operator for sewer and water installations and repairs, excavation, snow removal and other work as may be required for a two year period. To be quoted at an hourly rate. Insurance of $500,000/$1,000,000 is required. All safety requirements and borough ordinances must be met.
Copies of the Contract Documents will be on file and open to public review, examination or procurement, beginning OCTOBER 08, 2018 at the Murrysville Municipal Building, 4100 Sardis Road, Murrysville PA, 15668. Copies of the contract documents may be obtained at the Murrysville Municipal Building or be requested by phone at 724-327-2100, between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm weekdays.
No bid may be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the same has been filed the Borough
Proposals are to be sealed, accompanied by Bid Surety and either mailed to the 5944 Johnson Avenue, Export Borough PA 15632, or can be delivered to Borough Council Chambers at 5889 Washington Avenue, Export PA 15632 between the hours of 6:30p.m. and 7:00p.m., prevailing time, on NOVEMBER 6, 2018 and marked "FURNISHING EQUIPMENT & OPERATOR CONTRACT".
The Borough of Export reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all Bidders, to accept or reject any or all bids submitted thereunder or any part hereof or item therein, and to re-advertise for bid, if Borough of Export so deems it necessary. The Borough also reserves the right to waive.-any defects, errors, or omission, irregularities or informalities in the bids received.
