Reference to Ch. 220-30.c. and d. is far too weak. Architect stated that the new building would be harmonious with the current school once the exterior is redone. That does not make it harmonious with the Mun. cmplex or with adjacent residential areas. Review of this application MUST extend beyond the 98 acres of land owned by the District as the impact extends well beyond the property boundaries.

    Re: Roundabout.
Creation of a roundabout at the base of Longview/Crowfoot intersection will have negative impact on residences at the based of Longview. Every vehicle using the roundabout in the evening (or dark hours) will cast headlights on those homes at the base of Longview and Crowfoot, particularly those heading westbound on Crowfoot. as anticipated to be the majority in the traffic studies The taller the vehicle (delivery trucks, vans, etc.,) the more headlight impact. While some impact may be eased with evergreens, bare trees in winter will not stop headlights from shining into lower floor windows. This negative impact issue is eliminated if a roundabout is eliminated from the recommendations.
