The Municipality of Murrysville is seeking qualified applicants for the position of full-time skilled laborer within the Public Works Department.
Although a CDL Class A license (with the air brake restriction removed) is preferred, an applicant who does not possess the preferred license, once hired, will have 180 days to obtain a CDL Class A license with the air brake restriction removed.
Applicants are required to lift 100 lbs. and have the ability to work in extreme weather conditions for long periods of time. A high school diploma or a GED equivalent is required. This position also involves the availability for overtime hours, day or night. General construction, asphalt, masonry and turf maintenance skills are preferred, but not mandatory.
